Impressed Clients

I have been managing people and processes for over 35 years and have been taught by the best. What I have learned from Lynne can best be described through an analogy.
A novice downhill skier starts at the top of a huge hill. They are nervous knowing that they must make their way to the bottom by this path. On the way down, they are out of control, narrowly missing trees and rocks and barely keeping their balance thus avoiding a dangerous fall. Upon reaching the bottom, they are overcome and relieved and hope that they never have to do this again.
A professional downhill skier starts at the top of the same hill all nervous knowing that they must make their way to the bottom by this path competing with others of their skill level. On the way down, they are nearly out of control narrowly missing rocks and trees and barely keeping their balance thus avoiding a dangerous fall. Upon reaching the bottom, they are thrilled and jubilant and look forward to the next run.
Lynne has shown me that while I may be slightly out of control at times, I know what to do next and I know how to keep my focus on the tasks that means the most to me in my career. As a result, I exhilarate in the run and relish the next slope.
Thanks Lynne…
