Have you ever noticed that sometimes WORK and LIFE just get in the way and seem to stop you from accomplishing the RESULTS you’d rather have?
Josh invested in himself and his family through his business a few weeks ago and this is what he wrote me just prior to our coaching session this week:
“Good morning Lynne,
Here is my WRAR (Weekly Reflections & Achievements Review). Last week was a busy week in regards to work and my parents came down for the weekend so I didn’t get to Strategy 3, and my WRAR is on the light side this week.
Thanks for all your coaching, I am seeing benefits in myself and business.

So while Josh was feeling “unaccomplished” as a result of being too busy serving his clients, thanks to Lloydminster’s big dump of snow … that, in itself, is an achievement.
And the awareness that came out of such a busy week was an achievement.
And during our coaching session he said: “Oh, yes, and I just thought of another one.” Which happened to be about himself, personally, which was a HUGE achievement that put some excitement into his voice.
I encourage you, too, to identify every week what
are. As it says in my W.R.A.R. — they’re regarding your business and you, personally. They don’t all have to be about what you were focusing on to have happen that week, though later in the 7-question W.R.A.R. that does come up.

Impressed Clients
The first 7 months of the year were very bad for the company and we lost $100,000.
In May, in the middle of major losses we took a step of faith and started the Trade-Contractors Business College Program with Lynne.
During the last 5 months of the year we doubled our employees, bought 2 new trucks, moved into a larger office and showed a profit of $34,000.
We are projecting continued profits for this past month and this month and are planning on adding 2 more employees and 1 more vehicle to the company immediately.
Lynne, you just might be onto something here!!!
