Having Lynne’s support as we begin to stretch our wings is making the journey so much easier.
I was tired of not getting results in our business. Despite winning jobs, building our team and increasing our knowledge I had been feeling like we were only just keeping up with the bare minimum required of our business and the delivery of projects. This constant pressure to keep up with the primary contractors expectations of quality and service and at a fair price, was getting the better of us, and the stress and lack of finances to support this growth was impeding how we worked alone and together, in our family life and social relationships.
Lynne has shared a great amount of information and knowledge on great ways to get organized, focused and has offered her support to help us grow through reading her book “I know you Know, but you don’t Understand”, purchasing her 7 Simple Strategies for Success Training, in the Business Diagnostic Assessment and in the T-CBT course.
Investing in the one-on-one training was a difficult choice, but I took the plunge because I realized to truly grow our business I needed to find out what was in me that is holding me back from being the best I can be, thus allowing me to get the results we want.
Investing in Lynne’s coaching is a great support and has/is getting to the areas deep within that have held me back from achieving and succeeding in all areas of my life.
I feel that my relationship with my husband is improving everyday. I am sure in no time I will be looking back at these early days in our business and be amazed at the stark difference between before training with Lynne and after.
Lynne’s support is helping me let go of the judgment I put on myself. I am learning to accept myself and am beginning to feel empowered to reach for and achieve great new heights.
I feel much safer to be who I am, bringing new confidence to achieving the goals I am working towards.
Lynne is also helping me feel secure in letting go of old behaviors that haven’t served me in being the best I can be.
Looking at the same situations, but from different angles is allowing me to see more opportunities that I may otherwise have missed.
